Kaleidoscope – Done!

Kaleidoscope – 30 x 60 – Acrylic on Wood – Reserved for Mayberry Fine Art

Well I’m done. My biggest painting ever! (So far :) )

I love the colours on this one and the way they move up the painting. And the overall movement in the painting is fun too. Nothing is ever really still in my forests.

Getting further up now, where the sun has a better chance of shining through the branches of this behemoth. :) I’m having trouble getting a good shot of this painting as I get further along, but even with all the logistical difficulties I’m definitely enjoying painting this large. :)

Lighter blues, purples and greens now as I get higher off the forest floor.  More light is coming through, although this is a forest that is pretty thick with trees.  I want to walk past the tree and see all the shapes glittering around me like snowflakes. :)
