In a Pine Forest – 16 x 20 – Acrylic on Wood – Reserved for Mayberry Fine Art

The next installment… I’ve moved into the dark recesses of the forest – lol. More emphasis on purples and greys and greens. But don’t worry, the sun will touch the trees on the far side too.

Thanks Jennifer and Kathleen! Yes, I think the moody bits of the forest are hiding something! I’m enjoying this palette so much, I think I will use it or something close to it for my big 5 foot painting that’s coming up soon. (it’s a forest scene too).

Hi Heather! Yup, a little overwhelming for me – I remember when my biggest ever was a 16 x 20. It’s for Mayberry too – they get almost everything – lol. (Not the commission I’m starting next though.)
