WOW! I am breathtaken by your amazing, stunning, colorful, vibrant, interesting, different, gorgeous, INCREDIBLE art!!!!!!
I just “discovered” a passion in m myself for fine art, starting with Renoir; one of his Mont Martre Garden paintings is what drew me in and awakened this.
When I saw your work, mentioned on someone’s blog, I followed the link to your Etsy store and I was filled with wonder at all the scenes of beauty you’ve portrayed!
Your work touches me, in a way different from Renoir, of course, as different artists evoke different things . . . . but you touch me in a way that is as deep as that Renoir painting that drew me in, with some of your work.
I know I probably sound over the top, but there’s a subtle one by you, an evening at someplace that begins with an M, I forget. THAT one should be up in a Museum, as should others of your work!
Anyway . . . I’ll be watching, bidding sometimes, and definitely purchasing from Etsy. I may be saving up for an original one of these years!
A new fan,
Sara F. in Utah, USA (Imagining what you’d do with the red rock and other Southwestern landscapes in my state; I know an artist must work from their own heart, though; this is just an imagine if!)
Thanks so much! What a lovely comment.
My husband has been to Arizona and wants me to go back with him – he thinks I would be very inspired and I believe he’s right.
I since looked through your gallery and saw a few cacti pieces and such! The other night, in Southern Utah, camping in a canyon in a fruit orchard, with the orange and red rock walls rising up around us . . . the sunset was incredible. I couldn’t see the sunset itself, but it made one side of the canyon glow brighter and brighter in ways I’ve never seen before; it was very, very magical; I’ve spent time in red rock country before, but this was a first!
I love the site, smell, and feel of impending storms. This one is beautiful.
