My ‘Winter Hill’ was accepted into the 39th Annual Oshawa Art Association Show. The show runs from June 21 to July 8, 2007. It’s at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery on Bagot Street in Oshawa. Stop by if you’re in the area!

Spring Shadows 12 x 16 It’s finally finished. It was great fun showing the tree’s summer growth in the shadows and leaving the branches bare. And a nice mix of greens and purples too.

Here’s the next one I’m working on (not counting the weekly ACEOs). I want to contrast the bare branches with the implication of summer leaves to come in the tree’s shadow… (You’ll see more of the shadow when it’s finished.)
